About Needham Circle
Needham Circle is a grassroots organization dedicated to building a more connected community. We believe that Needham is full of incredible people, organizations, businesses, events, and ideas, but finding out how to get involved or meet your neighbors isn't always easy. We exist to close those gaps and make it simpler for everyone to find community, participate in local life, and connect in meaningful ways.
How It Started
Co-founded in 2026 by residents and longtime volunteers Dina Creiger and Avery Newton, Needham Circle began with a simple question: How can we bring people closer together? At our first gathering in May 2026, nearly 40 residents brainstormed over 150 ideas ranging from activating the Town Common and supporting local businesses to creating welcoming traditions for new residents and making it easier to find events happening around town. The energy was strong and our conclusion was clear: people want to connect; they just need a place to start.What We Do

Our Vision
We imagine a Needham where public spaces are alive, local businesses thrive, and every resident feels a deep sense of belonging. Whether it's a large town-wide event, games on the Common, or neighbors meeting for coffee, we believe community is built in moments big and small.
